The multiple personalities of the beaches, mountains, deserts and oak forests of Southern California made it the perfect home for the growing movie industry. When location scouts couldn’t find what they needed close by, they came up to Oregon.
A similar movie locations map of our state would contain Hungary (located in the Columbia Gorge), Korea (located on Mt. Hood) and a Lost Tribe of Vikings Settled Near the North Pole (located near Redmond)
I’d love to see a comprehensive map of shooting locations in Oregon which uses the above approach.
